My Summoner Wars (Hi)Story
I have been playing first edition Summoner Wars since I was in elementary school (I mained Tundra Orcs and Deep Dwarves). I created a couple factions based on the sides of the American War of Independece for a 4th grade school project. I picked up 2E as soon as it came out. It remains my favorite game of all time.
Favourite faction and favourite card
My favorite factions are the Forged, Eternal Council, and Vanguards. My favorite card in the game is either Citadel Knight or Praefectus Edia herself.
What would I change about Summoner Wars
How Ret-Talus looks in 2E. I adore the new artstyle, but Ret-Talus looks like an infected goat. I miss his old look.
Games beside Summoner Wars
Neuroshima Hex! 3.0 is another favorite board game of mine, with similar faction mechanics. I'd heavily recommend it.
